In your message, describe the issue and include your Android version and Optimizer app version when available. Do not email photos, videos, passwords, verification codes, OAuth credentials, or other sensitive information.

EMAIL SUPPORT

WHAT TO INCLUDE

Privacy: describe your question about permissions, local records, or connected Google access.
Billing: include the date and general nature of the Google Play billing issue, but do not send full payment details.
Backup: confirm whether Google Drive is connected and whether sufficient cloud storage is available.
Recovery: identify whether an exact backup was completed before compression or deletion.
Deleted media: check device trash and connected cloud storage first. Media deleted without an available backup may not be recoverable.
